INTRODUCTION
Main extruder is conical twin screw extruder, there two options for
choosing machinery: two cavity pipe extrusion line and four cavity
pipe extrusion line; in this complete production line can equipe
online pipe socket/belling machine.
The complete production line can equip pipe socket/ belling machine
online. U type socket/ belling.
The full line can be PLC touch screen operation or by manual.

ADVANTAGES:
(1) Because of the characteristics of the conical screw, the
feeding section has a large diameter, and the heat transfer area
and shear speed of the material are relatively large, which is
conducive to the plasticization of the material. The screw diameter
of the metering section is small, reducing the heat transfer area
and the shear speed of the melt, so that the melt can be extruded
at a lower temperature.
(2) Equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the
extrusion amount and feeding amount can match, to ensure the stable
extrusion of products.
(3) In the quantitative feeding device, the user should add the
magnetic body to prevent the iron impurities from falling in and
protect the screw.
(4) Because the screw is cone-shaped, the small end is the
measuring section, the cross-sectional area is small, and the axial
force is small. On the contrary, the space at the large end is
large, and the bearing bearing with large axial load can be
installed.
(5) The distribution gearbox is set, and the driving torque is
evenly distributed to each screw through the distribution gearbox.
(6) Cast aluminum electric heater is used for barrel heating, with
long service life and convenient installation and disassembly.
(7) Strong air cooling is adopted for barrel cooling, with small
temperature fluctuation.
(8) The main motor can be adjusted steplessly and conveniently by
using AC frequency conversion device.
(9) The frequency converter has many kinds of protection measures
to prevent the damage of the parts.
The first mock exam of four pipe extrusion line is four output
lines. Under the premise of ensuring product quality, the equipment
reduces the cost of input, the cost of plant input and the cost of
production greatly, and greatly increases production and reduces
production time.
Production range: the best production pipe diameter range is:
16mm-32mm about 97kw production capacity: compared with one out of
two pipe extrusion production line, the output is increased by 70%.
