APPLICATION:

stability and reliability. The manufactured plastic gas pipes
possesses of such advantages as being good in heat resistance,
aging resistance, environmental stress crack resistance and creep
resistance; and shall be the first choice for gas pipes used
between cities.
PE Pipe Making Machine Pipe Extruder Machine also can be used to
manufacture large-aperture PE pipes. The pipes possess of the
following features: non-toxin, non-odor, and being good in
anti-corrosion, aging resistance and weather resistance. This kind
of pipes are widely used as buried or surficial water-supply pipes
that water temperature will not exceed 45ºC. It is an ideal product
that can replace zinc-casting steel pipes, cast iron pipes and
concrete pipes.

Technological processes

Material Feeding & Drying
High-quality PE resin (HDPE/MDPE) is loaded into the hopper, then dried (if necessary) to remove moisture for optimal extrusion.
Extrusion & Melting
The material is fed into the extruder barrel, where a rotating screw heats and melts it (160–220°C) into a homogeneous molten state.
Pipe Formation
The molten PE is forced through a die head, shaping it into a continuous pipe with precise diameter and wall thickness.
Cooling & Sizing
The pipe enters a vacuum calibration tank for rapid cooling and dimensional stabilization, ensuring consistent size and roundness.
Hauling & Cutting
Pullers grip the pipe, maintaining tension while it’s cut to specified lengths by an automatic saw.
Inspection & Stacking
Pipes undergo quality checks (pressure, thickness, surface finish) before being stacked or coiled for packaging.
Packaging & Storage
Finished pipes are labeled, packed, and stored for shipment.
